Beginning Education: Early Childcare at Home (BEECH)
BEECH is an online professional development system specifically designed for family child care providers. Beginning in 2013, TSR provided the opportunity for family child care providers to participate in BEECH for free.

BEECH provides four professional development modules that focus on setting up a learning environment, being a responsive caregiver, reading children's signals, and supporting children's optimal development in early language, literacy, and math skills. Information in the online modules is written specifically for family child care providers, utilizing photos, videos, and scenarios that showcase the unique experiences of home-based providers.

TSR Comprehensive Lead Agents provide access to BEECH to family child care providers in their areas. However, the system is open to all home-based child care providers in Texas. BEECH is available for free online through CLI Engage.
