TSR Online
TSR Online provides access to TSR’s tools and resources at no cost to thousands of Texas early childhood programs.
Starting in the 2015-2016 school year, all public school districts, public charter schools, Texas Rising Star certified providers, former Texas School Ready participants, and Head Start grantees in Texas can access TSR tools and resources at no cost. Programs that register for TSR Online will have access to free tools and resources, including professional development, a child progress monitoring system, classroom observation tools, and supplemental activities hosted on CLI’s digital resource platform, CLI Engage.
Who is eligible to participate in TSR Online?
- Public school districts in Texas
- Public charter schools in Texas
- Head Start programs in Texas
- Public higher education institutions in Texas
- Current Texas Rising Star Certified Providers and Child Care Services participants
- Current and former Texas School Ready participants (2003-present, more information below)
- Child care programs participating in the Texas Infant-Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN)
- Programs that agree to send data to the Texas Education Agency’s Early Childhood Data System

Are you a former Texas School Ready teacher or program?
Great news! All former TSR programs and teachers can apply for TSR Online! We are thrilled to be able to offer ongoing online access to Texas School Ready resources for our former participants. All the resources are hosted on our online platform, CLI Engage.
There are just a few steps to sign up. First, complete the short application with information about your TSR participation (program or teacher). After your eligibility is confirmed, a member of the TSR Support Team will contact you with more information and an email invitation to register.
Former TSR Participant Access to TSR Online (CLI Engage)
Former TSR Program/Center Eligibility
A center or program that previously participated in TSR is eligible to participate in TSR Online IF:
- The director AND/OR the owner has not changed since their TSR participation
- The site is in good standing with Texas DFPS Child Care Licensing
- If the site’s location has changed, the director OR owner must be the same when the site participated in TSR
After a site’s eligibility is confirmed, ALL administrators, teachers, and instructional support staff at the site are eligible to participate in TSR Online.
Former TSR Teacher Eligibility
A teacher who previously participated in TSR is eligible to participate in TSR Online IF:
- The teacher participated in TSR (2003-present)
- The teacher completed at least two years with TSR
To participate in TSR Online, the teacher DOES NOT need to be employed by the same site as they were employed during their TSR participation.
