TSR Registered Apprenticeship Program (TSR-RAP): Host Sites

As an employer/early childhood program you know the difficulty of retaining staff, and making sure they are well equipped to teach in your classrooms. When you join a TSR-RAP, you get access to a suite of benefits that will help improve your staff and child outcomes! When you join, you will:

• Earn a director stipend
• Improve staff retention
• Use the TSR-RAP as a staff recruitment tool
• Access to the TECPS Tracking Tool

To apply you:

• Must be an eligible Texas School Ready site serving at least 50% at-risk children.
• Need to fill out the host site letter of commitment
• Have to be willing to support apprentices in infant, toddler, and/or pre-k classrooms
• Financial stability to meet the wage progression​
