Prior TSR Comprehensive Participating Programs

The Children’s Learning Institute manages the statewide implementation of the TSR Comprehensive program, coordinated locally by community-based organizations known as Lead Agents. The traditional TSR Comprehensive program supports teachers for three years.

The map below includes all programs that had at least one teacher participating for a specific date range. A program may have had multiple teachers participating in infant, toddler, and/or pre-K classrooms through our face-to-face or remote/online delivery models. See our map of currently participating programs for the current school year only.
