Administrator Professional Learning Series (APLS)
Are you a director in early education in Texas and participating in TSR? Are you looking for opportunities to grow and strengthen your program?
Over the years, Texas School Ready has supported infant, toddler, and prekindergarten teachers across the state in strengthening their early childhood classrooms and children’s outcomes through continuous quality improvement (CQI). Now we want to partner with early education administrators/directors to help improve quality across your entire program, all at no cost to you.
Through our virtual APLS program, you will:
Once you have joined APLS, you will be assigned a TSR APLS coach who will be able to answer all your questions, schedule a 1-on-1 coaching session, and help you come up with an annual plan with actionable goals. They will also deliver professional development trainings covering a variety of topics.

All trainings will be virtual and will receive a 1-hour certificate, plus CDUs where applicable. Your non-TSR teachers will also be able to take these same optional trainings to increase quality improvement across your early learning center.

Please note: To join the APLS, you must either sign up or connect your CLI Engage and TECPDS accounts. Our APLS coaches use the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) format to provide you with research-based professional learning opportunities that guide directors in creating center-wide goals to improve their TSR early learning programs.APLS coaches also provide training on the tools in CLI Engage to support continuous quality improvement across your site.
