TSR-RAP Office Hours
We know many questions can arise as an apprentice, so we’ve created office hours to give you one-on-one time with a TSR-RAP staff member to help support you on your journey.
TSR Registered Apprenticeship Program (TSR-RAP) office hours will be available for RAP Apprentices, Directors/Administrators, and Journey Workers. Virtual office hours will be hosted during the following time each week:
Office hours will provide an opportunity for TSR-RAP participants to:
- Ask specific questions or to get clarification on assignments,
- Competency Statement and/or Resource Collection portfolio items.
- Receive assistance with the required TECPDS data entry or accounts
- Receive an explanation of processes or procedures
- Communicate any changes
- Share concerns or issues in a more personal manner
A TSR-RAP staff will provide immediate assistance or collect your contact information and details for a return call to provide follow-up support. The same button works for both days and times.
