TSR Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP): Apprentices

Teachers can easily become apprentices though the RAP! Apprentices can come from a variety of backgrounds, and there are minimal educational and no cost requirements to become one through our program. Typically, apprentices are individuals new to the field and/or individuals who have not had formal education in early childhood education. Through the RAP, apprentices will:

• See increased wages & stipends while you participate
• Gain access to free professional development
• Get individualized coaching
• Get help working towards a CDA® Credential
• Be provided a pathway to college degree(s)

To apply you must:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (at minimum)
• Get two letters of recommendation (required)
• Commit to the program for two years
• Be employed full-time at a TSR site
